Dear Light of Christ Family,

Most of you know that we have begun a coaching process, offered at no cost to our church by the Western North Carolina Annual Conference, called Transformation Journey. A team has studied our church, interviewed leaders, and led a training session on March 26th of this year. We look forward to the ways this process will lead to greater vitality and fruitfulness for our church going forward, as we listen to God's Spirit and follow.

We have now received our report from the Transformation Journey Team. Come hear the results, listen to their observations about our ministry, and receive their recommendations for our church in this exciting, Spirit-led vitalization process! All are encouraged to attend one of these Town Hall Meetings in our Sanctuary, to learn more and give your feedback:

This Sunday, April 24th at 11:15am-12:15pm (following 10am worship)

Wednesday, April 27th at 7:00pm-8:00pm (come early to eat with Ignite Students, at 6:30pm – email locumc@locumc.org to RSVP for the meal)

Tuesday, May 3rd at 7:00pm-8:00pm

Also, a Called Charge Conference will be held on Tuesday, May 10that 7:00pm in our Sanctuary to vote regarding whether to move forward with the Transformation Journey Goal Setting and Coaching process. All are welcomed to attend, and Church Council members will have vote.
