Have you ever found yourself longing for a quiet moment amid the noise? A moment to recenter your thoughts as you strive to find joy in the daily struggles of life? The Women of Light invite you to spend Saturday, October 15th, 9:30am-1:30pm, at Starrette Farm in Statesville for the Power of Joy Retreat. We will focus our hearts and minds on tapping into the power of joy as we deal with the trials of life. Together we will explore the beauty in trials through Biblical teaching and practical application. We will seek to understand the power we possess in struggles and the source of true joy that only your Heavenly Father can give. Will you join us?
Coffee, Tea, Snacks, and Lunch will be provided. You will also receive a “Power of Joy” t-shirt if you register by September 25th. A carpool will depart from Light of Christ at 8am – please indicate on the sign-up whether you will be interested in carpooling. Childcare available upon request. Please continue your registration filling in the form that is part of this registration. Cost is $30 per person. Make checks out to Light of Christ with Women's retreat in the memo line. Can be dropped in the offering or by the church office. Scholarships are available.
