Is your marriage in need of a workout? If you are anything like my husband of 23 years and me, COVID has added another dimension to your relationship. Pre-COVID, we spent approximately 20-30 hours a week together in daylight, about 4 hours a day. 

COVID changed it all. March to June, we spent 12-15 hours a day in close contact as we worked from home, parented our kids, and tried to find ways to keep everyone in the house sane. We were now spending more time together than ever before. 

At first, it is was a “gift of time", and then the fatigue set in. We began packing on the COVID-19 pounds of frustration, worry, unrealistic expectations, relational stress, financial concerns, and differing political viewpoints. 

Can you relate? We knew that we needed to stop and refocus and WORKOUT the pain points to shed the pounds of relational stress we packed on since March to restore, heal, and allow ourselves to fall in love with each other again. Our love for each other and our marriage relationship is stronger than ever before- because we chose to " WorkOut" our marriage relationship.

On Friday, February 5th, 7:00-8:00 p.m. and Saturday, February 6th, 9:00-11:30 a.m., we, Shonn and Allycia Brown, invite you to join us as we share Seven Spiritual and Relational Principles to help you WORKOUT the areas in your marriage that are most vital for you. We are trained and committed to helping others and look forward to sharing with you.
